Odin Apartments

Been here at Odin for a year now, and I absolutely love it. It’s quiet, close to all good restaurants / coffee shops. Pet friendly, my dog maverick loves it and has met many friends. The amenities are super nice, especially the rooftop with couches and grills. Lounge is spacious, perfect for hanging out with friends or to work from home. Leasing team is great. Tara, Lexi and Yvette are super nice and helpful. The entire process (tour, initial application, renewal process (yes I renewed my lease)), was smooth. They’re all very responsive to any questions / concerns I’ve had. Highly recommend!

The staff that works at Odin is awesome! The leasing team is attentive, responsive and super nice to work with. They keep us very well informed through monthly bulletins, they're open to feedback and have implemented solutions requested by their tenants (specially with dropping Fetch and now setting a package delivery room). The maintenance team is super responsive, they pay attention to the requests sent their way and I have not seen a time they don't address my requests. Living here has been a great choice for me! It's close to supermarkets, bus stations, nice restaurants and bars.

Updated 1/4/24: Well, moving out was a pain - I had to pay a month to break lease and the staff was pretty clueless on what the financial fallout would be. Well, now a year later, I get a letter from a collection agency for ~$73. Never was contacted by the facility. Seems they have a lot of trouble with paperwork. Great location. Nicely maintained building. I was concerned about the crime reported regarding the break-ins in the parking garage. I do believe that management has addressed the issue, as much as possible, by providing better lighting and security. So far, no issues at all. It'd be hard to find a better neighborhood.

Stephanie and her staff are wonderful. Jacki, Mischa, and the rest who I haven't yet met do their best to make every aspect of getting you moved in with smooth efficiency. Their presence helped make a potentially difficult day as easy as possible. I love my new place, the beautiful common areas, the workout room, the lounge. My apartment is well appointed, secure, and quiet when I need it to be, and yet close to all the things I want in a vibrant community. Ballard has completely changed since I used to visit my mom's place a few blocks off of Market St., it's a whole new world. I'm thrilled to get reacquainted with the nearby shops and frequent the Ballard Farmer's Market. I've been there a week unpacking boxes bit by bit, and there's much to explore. The neighborhood people I've ran into so far seem happy, and there's a great mix of all ages. Plus I love that I still get to see the dogs in the hallway but the units are so well insulated I can't hear any barking (or other noises) once I'm inside. Thanks again Odin staff for your part in providing me a wonderful new home.

I've been living in Odin for about 6 months now and overall my experience has been positive. Very pet friendly, stellar location, and cute apartments. Odin's staff has always been super friendly and great to work with. Shaqed in the office has especially been incredible to work with while dealing with move-in details and anytime I've needed a lease update or have had a question/concern. Very thankful! Overall, I recommend Odin as a great place to live in Ballard. :) Negative note: The apartment complex currently uses a nightmare of a mail service called Fetch, though they are actively finding a solution for the problems occurring with this. At this time, I'm not reflecting that chaos into this review in hopes it will be soon changed.

Living at Odin was the best experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex. The buildings are kept up so nicely, the rooftop has a gorgeous view and a great vibe, and the staff is wonderful! Tara was my leasing agent and she was a dream to work with, she responded quickly to all my emails, was always so kind, and even went out of her way to help me extend my lease by a few months. The location of the complex is also fantastic with an easy walk to many great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and cute stores- always somewhere to go in Ballard. I will greatly miss Odin and all the community has to offer- if I ever move back to Seattle Odin will be the first place I go! Definitely recommend living here!
